How can I request a free sample?
Please submit a valid inquiry on this page. We offer one complimentary sample (shipping charges excluded). Provide your DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other courier account number to your sales representative, or arrange freight collection (pickup) from our facility.
Which kind of support do you provide if surgeons are unfamiliar with the product?
If a surgeon is unfamiliar with the device, please first consult the Instructions for Use (IFU) and follow the step‑by‑step instructions. We also provide an operation video that demonstrates proper setup and technique — the video is available on request.
What is the delivery lead time?
Typically, standard models ship within 45 days from order confirmation. Lead times may vary for custom orders or large quantities; please contact your sales representative for a precise schedule.
